Saying Goodbye

For those of you that may not know, we had to say goodbye to Maddie's dad last week. Tony was on his way to meet his mom at Huddle House when his car hit a patch of ice and skidded off the road. His car struck a tree head on and Tony was killed on impact. He had just celebrated his 21st birthday the night before.

The last week has been a big blur.


On Friday, before the funeral, we went to the site of the crash and Maddie laid her roses with the rest of the memorials.
Our family would like to thank everyone for their love and support during this time.
It really makes you take time to think about those you love, about the time we are given on this earth, and about eternity.
